鬼谷子的传说

鬼谷子，生于周景王12年晋平公之戊辰年（公元前533年），姓王名栩，道家称王禅老祖，号鬼谷先生，被世人尊为兵家、纵横家鼻祖。经多方史籍考证，其出生地和居住地为汝阳县云梦村，位于紫罗阙南壁之云梦山下。

王栩生性聪明，十岁就读了《礼记》、《乐记》、《易经》、《韬略》、《黄帝内经》、《汤液本草》等众多书籍。他勤奋好学，才智超群，星象八卦，三韬五略无所不通，为后人留下了许多传奇故事，汝阳境内许多地名都出自鬼谷传说而沿用至今。

战国时期，七国争雄。鬼谷子身负济世雄才大略，毅然走出云梦山，周游列国，他的学问闻名遐迩，求学者很多，门徒最多时达500余人。他的弟子在军事和外交方面多有建树，如孙膑、庞涓、苏秦、张仪、尉僚子、毛遂等人。他撰写的《鬼谷子》成为历代政治家、军事家必读之圣经。

为纪念鬼谷先生，公元1251年，即南宋.淳祐十一（辛亥）年，由通真子宋道人发起，将鬼谷的生日农历二月十五日，定为春祭鬼谷节，鬼谷仙逝日农历九月十五日，定为秋祭鬼谷节。祭祀活动至今已传承800余年。

The legend of Guiguzi can be traced back to the 11th year of the Chunyou period in the Southern Song Dynasty(1127-1279), to commemorate Guiguzi of the Spring and Autumn Periods(770BC-476BC) Related stories have continued for more than 700 years. Guiguzi ，born in the 12th year of King Jing’s reign in the Zhou Dynasty(533 BC), was also known as Wang Xu, and Ancestor Wang Chan by the Taoists. Master Guigu, is revered by the world as the forefather of military and political strategists. During the Warring States period, the seven countries competed for supremacy. Guiguzi, with great talent and broad vision,was determined to walk out of his hometown and travel around the states. His is well-known for knowledge, he has many disciples and the number reached 500 at its peak. He had many disciples who have made many achievements in military and diplomatic fields, including Sun Bin, Pang Juan, Su Qin, Zhang Yi, etc. The book Guiguzi has become a bible for politicians and military strategists until now.
