刘秀的传说——孟津县

刘秀的传说源远流长，它的起源时间自东汉开始，以口耳相传的方式一代一代在民间流传至今。解放以后，在编纂《孟津县志》、《孟津文史资料》、《孟津古文化》、《孟津旅游指南》等书籍过程中，重新对民间流传的《刘秀的传说》进行了整理；1990年，李凯斌整理、汇编了《刘秀的传说》一书，系统汇编了民间流传的各种关于刘秀传说，使《刘秀的传说》更加家喻户晓、广为流传。

刘秀的传说由多篇传说共同组成，内容众多，主要可分为神话、传说和故事三大类，涉及人物、事件、典故、古代、近代、当代等诸多方面。其中神话故事主要有乌鸦自作孽、雄鸡叫三遍、天狗吃月亮、枉献分土剑、原陵现生盆、怒斥汤恩伯、神鸟与刘秀、龙马救刘秀、误封椿树王、马齿苋长寿、蝼蛄讨封赏、天牛助刘秀、雷霹盗贼等，传说主要有原陵的传说、扳倒井传说、敕建三赶庙、九州献宝土、情寄苦楝柏、“大树将军”守孟津、刘秀封皇后、祭遵当将军、葛针挂娘娘、麦仁成御膳、饥食糠菜团、天地五更寒、亮旗传捷报、好马抬前蹄、猫鼠死对头、狗护百姓家、柿树活百年等，民间故事有阴丽华、焚烧文书、刘秀不忘故旧等等，共约60多篇。

刘秀的传说围绕刘秀一生的活动和孟津这个地域展开，许多故事有其真实的历史依据和文物见证，寓含人民的精神、信仰、价值取向等方方面面，对研究近2000年的河洛历史、社会和民俗具有十分重要的价值。

Legend of Liu Xiu is composed of more than 60 tales, which can be divided into three categories: myths, legends and stories, involving characters, events, allusions, ancient, modern, contemporary and many other aspects. Legend of Liu Xiu revolves around Liu Xiu' s life activities and the region of Mengjin. Many stories have real historical bases and cultural relics witness, and contain people' s spirit, belief. Value orientation and other aspects. They are of great value to the study of Heluo history, society and folk customs in the past 2000 years.
