养子沟与梨花教子的传说

“养子沟与梨花教子”传说是典型的民间传说故事，是普通百姓世代相传的文化财富。在豫西地区流传较广，在百姓中影响深远。传沿至今成为养子沟景区弘扬母子文化、感恩文化、孝道文化、民族精神的载体，故事承载着大量民俗现象受到众多民俗学者的关注，对探索中华民族养子教子文化思想具有重要而积极的影响。

养子沟原名“三皇沟”，因樊梨花在这里生下儿子薛刚，养子至13岁才离去，当地人们为纪念唐朝名将樊梨花，故而改名养子沟。传说樊梨花生下儿子薛刚后，见儿子薛刚过于顽皮，想起《礼记》上的名言“玉不琢，不成器，人不学，不知义”，于是她为薛刚请来先生讲《教子篇》，让薛刚学习《孟母三迁》等礼仪知识，和“头悬梁、锥刺股、孙康映雪”等故事，激励儿子刻苦上进；与此同时，樊梨花还亲自教薛刚练习武功。在樊梨花的严格要求下，薛刚学文习武齐头并进，立见成效。

经过樊梨花悉心教导，薛刚13岁时已经十八般武艺样样精通，文韬武略非常人可比，为以后薛刚成就事业打下了坚实基础。

As a typical folklore, the legend of Yangzigou Valley and Fan Lihua Teaching Her Son lite popular in western Henan, contains rich cultural significance and was handed down from generation to generation. Regarded as a manifestation of family parenting, gratitude culture, filial piety and national spirit, it has an important and positive impact on exploring the education mode of the Chinese nation. The story has received numerous researches from the academic circle, which are still thriving today. Yangzigou Valley, originally known as Sanhuanggou(three emperors) Valley, was named after the story of Fan Lihua, a famous female general in the Tang Dynasty (618-907), who raised her son Xue Gang in the valley since his birth. With high expectations for her son, Fan was quite strict in her education. She taught martial arts to her son and monitored his daily study and practicing, which received good results. Under Fan s careful teaching, Xue became proficient in martial arts at 13, and mastered rich military expertise, laying a solid foundation for Xue Gang's future career.
