赵岭高跷是诞生于孟津县的一种民间舞蹈表演形式。

赵岭高跷诞生于明朝洪武元年，至今已有650余年历史，它是以高跷竹马、高跷抬艺术形式，通过锣、鼓、镲、铙伴奏，随韵律节奏进行表演，具有浓郁的地域民族色彩。赵岭高跷跷高2米，上宽6厘米，底径2.5厘米，用传统工艺制作，表演的踩骑竹马技巧动作惊喜罕见，马跳逼真，享有“自古竹马看赵岭”之说。

高跷是豫西传统民间艺术，是文化活动重要组成部分，在全国享有很高声誉和地位。赵岭高跷历史悠久，场面壮阔，震撼人心，节奏踩法具有传统性，对研究豫西民间历史文化具有较高的学术价值。
