跑阵是流行于河南省伊川一带的传统舞蹈。该舞蹈历史久远，由古代模拟战争舞蹈演化而来，在明清时期最为兴盛，是当时迎神赛会上有名的祭神舞蹈。

跑阵表现的是古战场的阵势变幻。表演时，首领挥动令旗前导，舞者手持各种道具，按照阵势需要，舞队依次变幻出各种阵式。舞队行进时演奏曲牌【马梁川】，表演时演奏曲牌【步步紧】。由于参加人数众多，加之舞者敲击的打击乐、挥动的花边彩旗，表演时旗帜飘扬，惊天动地，气势浩荡。主要阵式有：盘蛇阵、游龙阵、卷白菜阵、八卦阵、七星阵、长蛇阵、线板阵等。

跑阵由于古朴壮美的艺术风格和广泛的群众性特点，深受广大群众喜爱，在加深人们对民族文化、民俗风情的了解，增强人们身心健康，促进社会和谐等方面有特殊价值。先后被收录于《中国民间舞蹈集·河南卷》、《中国民间艺术大词典》等辞书中。保存、宣传和传承跑阵这一宝贵非物质文化遗产，有利于弘扬中华优秀传统文化。

The Running Array is a popular traditional dance in Yichuan County, Henan Province The dance has a long history, originating from the ancient mimic war dance, and flourished in the Ming and Qing Dynasties. It was a famous sacrificial dance at that time. Due to its simple and magnificent artistic style, the Running Array is deeply loved by the masses. It has special value in deepening people' s understanding of national culture and folk customs, enhancing people' s physical and mental health and promoting social harmony. It has been recorded in lexicographical works, such as the Chinese Folk Dance Collection.Henan Volume, Chinese Folk Art Dictionary, etc. As the old artists have passed away one after another,the Running Array is facing the situation of failing to be handed down from past generations. We should inherit the valuable intangible cultural heritage and develop the excellent traditional Chinese culture through effective means such as filing, preservation, publicity, inheritance, etc.
