《易筋经》是以修心为基础,通过积气之法,达到增强人体正常生理功能,实现防病抗衰之目的的一门学问。
一千五百年前在少林寺发现《易筋经》。清康熙八年,由少林寺永化堂第五代弟子宁公,法名超宁,号天法,把《易筋经》传入登封阮村后,代代相传,如今已传至九代。第九代弟子孙宗懿,伊川县孙村人,对《易筋经》防病抗衰机理有较深研究,经三十多年努力,用易筋经破译了马王堆养生术,又用马王堆养生术解读了易筋经,所撰写的解读其经文及实践应用的系列论文已发表在《中医学报》、《河南中医》及论文集。
《易筋经》是以积气为主的内功心法经典,通过炼筋、炼膜、炼气至守中而达积气,即“守中者,专于积气也”。积气一词源自《马王堆医书·治八益》,是修炼马王堆养生术成功的标准。孙宗懿用《治八益译文质疑》、《治八益功法原理》及《从房室养生论治八益》三篇论文,对功理、功法及功效,从不同角度进行了详细论述。其入门十二式,韦驮献杵第一、二、三势,摘星换斗势,倒拽九牛尾势,出爪亮翅势,九鬼拔马刀势,三盘落地势,青龙探爪势,卧虎扑食势,打躬势,掉尾势,收势。
综上所述可以认定,《易筋经》本源于《马王堆医书》,它不仅继承了马王堆养生理论的精华,更是集佛、道、儒、医养生文化于一体,形成了独特的少林气化理论,这不仅是对中医养生学的贡献,同时也为其防病抗衰确立了依据。其入门十二势,不仅简单易学,并经历代不断补充、完善,流传至今。
《易筋经》由于其功效显著而倍受社会关注。自清乾隆至今已有不少学者论及此书,特别是在被选入国家健身气功新功法推广后,研究其功效者更多,然而对其理论研究者则较少。究其原因,是对其功法原理及功法的实践应用知者甚少,故对其功法原理及实践应用的解读犹显珍贵。
The Channel-changing Scriptures is a book conveying the knowledge of preventing disease and keeping youth. Based on cultivating one's mind, it helps enhance the physical function of body. The Channel-changing Scriptures has attracted much attention from the society because of its remarkable effects. Many scholars have discussed this book since Qianlong period in the Qing dynasty, especially after being selected for the promotion of the new Health Qigong practice in the country, there are more and more people joining the area of its efficacy study, while there are fewer theoretical researchers. As few people know its principles and practical application, the interpretation of its principles and practical applications are even more precious. Thus, we need to inherit the precious intangible cultural heritage of principles and practical application of the Channel-changing Scriptures through effective means such as filing, preservation, publicity, inheritance protection, etc.
