“洛宁蒸肉”历史悠久,最早可以追溯到宋代。经过了年代的变迁,岁月的流逝,谁是“洛宁蒸肉”的真正主人已无从查出。

历经宋、元、明、清四代和中华民国,洛宁人逢年过节、招待宾客、老人过生日、家庭办喜事,都要用“吃蒸肉”来庆贺,“蒸肉”已经成了洛宁人招待亲朋好友和外来宾客的最高礼遇,成为名符其实的地方名吃,既是节日盛馔,也是待客佳品。

洛宁蒸肉都是用传统的手工方法制做的,要经过十几道工序才能做出“砂棱嶒、虚腾腾、黄灿灿、油蓬蓬,既好看、又好吃”的洛宁蒸肉。

"Luoning Steamed Meat" has a long history, dating back to the Song Dynasty. After years of change and the passage of time, it is impossible to find out who is the real owner of" Luoning Steamed Meat". Luoning Steamed Meat is all made by the traditional manual methods including more than ten production processes which make the meat nice and delicious. People of Luoning celebrated with"steamed meat"on festivals, entertainments, guests, birthdays of the elderly and family weddings, "Steamed meat" has become the highest courtesy and local delicacy for the people of Luoning to entertain relatives, friends and guest.
