洛阳三彩壁画,古称五彩琉璃画,元末时期失传。清末民国时期又由日本、越南回传国内,形成三彩壁画及交趾陶等品种。
洛阳三彩壁画自唐代传世至今已逾1400余年。三彩烧成温度为1100度,色彩融于釉中,是当今世上少有的中温釉中彩,以色釉直接作画,所有的色釉在作画时皆呈橙色,1000度以后才变色,故有“入窑一色,出窑万彩”之说。三彩壁画色彩饱和度极高,可作出油画水彩工笔国画等各种画法效果,不惧火烧水侵。洛阳三彩壁画主要分布于洛阳市郊,目前基本采用钧瓷瓷板,各自独立配釉。釉色配方多达近千种,技艺广传于日本、朝鲜、越南等国,作为中国文化符号,在世界范围内熠熠生辉。

It has become the symbol of Chinese culture and widely spread in Japan, North Korea, Vietnam and other countries.
