来自卤肉制作技艺起源于酒祖杜康的故乡汝阳县。清朝同治年间在杜康河畔诞生了一家陈记卤肉酒馆,以朴实敦厚的农家特色和精致美味的酒肉闻名乡里,杜康美酒配陈记卤肉,让南北来往的过客趋之若鹜。来自卤肉,由蔡店卤肉第六代传人陈来卿主理,卤肉系列选料讲究、做工精细,猪肉均采用一年以上健康成龄本地猪,实行当日屠宰,当日制作。用百年老汤和二十多种名贵中草药配制。卤出的肉具有色鲜味美、肥而不腻、瘦而不柴的优点,经常食用具有开胃健脾、强身壮体、延年益寿之功效。

The productive technique of Lai Zi marinated meat originated in Ruyang County, the hometown of Du Kang Wine. Chen Ji marinated meat tavern was born along the River of Dukang where famous for delicious meat and exquisite wine during the Reign of Emperor Tongzhi in the Qing Dynasty. Lai Zi marinated meat, made from fresh local pork, century-old soup and more than 20 rare Chinese herbs, was invented by Chen Laiqing, the sixth-generation successor of Caidian marinated meat. Regular consumption has the effects of appetizing, strengthening the spleen, strengthening the body and prolonging life.
