泮甡园酱肉于1923年由田有信创立于北京,泮甡园即为皇宫里宴请大臣们用餐的场所。1938年因抗日战争,田有信离开北京迁入洛阳,在洛阳老城区西华街办起了酱肉点,起名“泮甡园”。泮甡园酱肉的特点是“三新”,即新鲜猪肉、新鲜汤、新鲜配料。选料精湛,以前后蹄骸为主、五花肉为辅,制作的酱肉肥而不腻,松软可口,色香味俱全。
1954年,泮甡园酱肉被评为“洛阳四大名小吃”之一。1956年,在公私合营中,泮甡园酱肉被并入真不同饭店。1989年田有信儿子田小喜重操家业,以推售货车卖肉的方式恢复经营。1992年4月,受中州东路老城段扩建工程影响,在右安街口东租下门面,再次挂出泮甡园酱肉招牌,直至今日。1995年10月,泮甡园酱肉被原国内贸易部授予“中华老字号”。2010年获“河南省老字号称号”。
Founded in Beijing by Tian Youxin in 1923, Panshenyuan, a famous brand of spiced pork, also refers to the place where ministers are entertained in the imperial palace. Due to the outbreak of the Anti-Japanese War, Tian Youxin left Beijing and moved to Luoyang in 1938 to open a spiced pork shop in Xihua street named "Panshenyuan". Panshenyuan spiced pork is characterized by the fresh pork, fresh soup and fresh ingredients. The pork shank, the major course, and the streaky pork are provided for sale. The spiced pork in colors and flavors is fat but not greasy, tender and delicious. In 1954, Panshenyuan spiced pork was rated as one of the four famous snacks in Luoyang. In 1956, it was incorporated into Zhen Bu Tong restaurant. In 1989, Tian Youxin's son Tian Xiaoxi revived the family business. In October 1995, Panshenyuan spiced pork was awarded Chinese time-honored brand" by the former Ministry of Domestic Trade. In 2010, it won the title of " Henan Time-honored Brand".
