传统小磨香油制作技艺(张学堂小磨香油传统工艺)

张学堂小磨油传统工艺最早起源于洛阳,从清乾隆年间创制至今已有270余年历史。该制作技艺用“水代法”制作工序提取香油,经过历任传承人的继承和发扬,已发展至9个主要工艺环节20道工艺程序,成品张学堂小磨香油色泽金黄,醇香可口。

Originated in Luoyang, Zhang Xuetang s traditional technology of grinding sesame oil has a history of more than 270 years since its creation in the Qing Dynasty(1636-1912)The production technique uses the"water extraction method"(A method of getting fat from oil by substituting water for oil) to extract sesame oil. Through the inheritance and development of successive inheritors, it has developed to 9 main process links and 20 process procedures. The finished product Zhang Xuetang sesame oil is golden in color and mellow and delicious Zhang Xuetang s traditional process of sesame oil originated in Luoyang.
