“殷氏喉科”位于古都洛阳老城区文化一条街——西大街179号，洛阳市老城区位于河南省洛阳市区中东部，“前直伊阙（龙门）、后据邙山、左瀍右涧、洛水贯其中。”

老城即古洛阳城，是古洛阳历史发展的摇篮。煌煌文明史，殷殷鉴古今。洛阳老城在历史上曾数度成为中国政治、经济、文化和交通中心，以其悠悠的帝都历史承载了博大精深的河洛文化。

“殷氏喉科”创始人殷天章，生于1904年农历4月14日。幼读私塾，15岁随名医吴志高学习中医喉科。1950年在西大街设“专门喉科诊疗所”。后在洛阳市卫协会西大街联合诊所、洛阳市中医院，西南隅办事处卫生所、中州医院任喉科大夫，1985年凭多年临床经验，研制出“八宝吹喉散”，在西大街自设“中医喉科殷天章诊所”。

殷天章四子殷万顺。十几岁即随父坐诊，深得家传精要。秉承父业更名为“殷氏喉科”。对祖传“八宝吹喉散”，既按传统工艺炮制，又融入新的医学成果，结合现在生活环境加以改进，独特用药，吹撒患处与内服结合，治疗口腔咽喉诸种疾患。

Yin Tianzhang, the founder of Yin s laryngology, was born on April 14 of the lunar calendar in 1904. At the age of 15, he followed the famous doctor Wu Zhigao to learn laryngology of traditional Chinese medicine. In 1950, a "special laryngology clinic was set up in West Street. Later. he worked as a laryngologist in Luoyang Health Association. In 1985, with many years of clinical experience, he developed"Babao Blowing Throat Powder". "Babao Blowing Throat Powder" uses pure green Chinese medicine, and according to the individual differences of patients, carries out dialectical treatment, specializes in all kinds of refractory oral and throat diseases which are not cured for a long time, anti-drug resistance and easy to recur. The treatment method is unique and the curative effect is outstanding. Based on ancient secret recipes and through repeated tests, it can be called "holy medicine of laryngology"and known as"Luoyang unique skill".
