“双隆”号治疗咽炎历史悠久，起源于清朝。郭氏先祖郭开怀自幼喜欢中医，后拜师学艺，尝百草，行医中不断总结，并让治疗技艺家族代代相传。

“双隆”号第三代传人郭四辈在家传中医的基础上总结出一套针对咽炎扁桃体炎的治疗方案和独特的药方，将药物直接作用于咽喉部位，慢性咽炎则采用刺烙的方法，配合药方整体调理。郭氏第五代传人郭秀珍，对父亲传授的中医理论领悟深刻，并在很多地方有自己独到的见解。在长期的临床实践中根据当代人的生活环境和饮食结构，恪守双隆祖传，注重后天脾胃调养，使祖传的“舒咽理胃放”更加充实完备，解决了治疗咽炎单一用药、疗效不佳的弊端，改善病人体质。

“双隆号”采用纯中药制剂，充分突出自己的特色，其传承人继承家传验方，不断总结，发扬自己的优势，不断前进，使传统医药发扬光大。

"Shuanglong" has a long history of treating pharyngitis, which originated in Qing Dynasty(1644AD-1912AD) and has a history of nearly 200 years.
