史法璋中医外科发源于河北省宣化地区，抗战时期跟随冯玉祥部队，在抢救伤员、医治疾病工作中充分发挥了中医治病的独特优势。1942年随部队到洛阳驻防。1951年为响应国家“根治花柳病”的号召，独创“毒特灵”药丸，临床疗效奇佳。史老先生先后研创出“巴腊丸”、“金蟾膏”、“中九丸”、“内外平”、“白及合剂”。

史洛根先生是史老先生的长子，是史法璋中医外科的第二代传承人，他在继承父亲医德医术的道路上，又艰辛地研制了“红宝膏”、“乳癖散”等20余种药。

史巧英，是史老先生的长孙女，也是史法璋中医外科的第三代传承人。幼年便深得前辈的医理精髓。大学毕业后，在中医外科临床一线工作的近30年中，善于继承、勇于创新。本着中医外科“消”、“腐”、“收”三大法则，研制出多种外用药材，治疗复杂顽固的慢性瘘、窦道、体表慢性溃疡，有效地降低了截肢率、死亡率、以及治疗的危险性和治疗费用。

Shi Fazhang' s surgery of traditional Chinese medicine originated in Xuanhua area of Hebei province. He followed Feng Yuxiang s(patriotic generals in Anti-Japanese War)troops during the Anti-Japanese War(1931.9-1945.8)and gave full play to the unique advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in rescuing the wounded and curing diseases. He went to Luoyang with the army to garrison in 1942. In 1951, in response to the call of the state to eradicate venereal disease (VD), the original"Duteling"(A pill that cures all kinds of toxins) pill was created, with excellent clinical effect, and won a award from the government. Mr. Shi has successively developed Bala Pill (Pills for cold diarrhea), Jinchan Ointment (Ointment that can remove swelling and relieve pain), Zhongjiu Pill(It has the function of killing bacteria and virus), Internal and External Balance (Balance inside and outside the body), Bletilla Mixture(Treatment of gastrointestinal diseases)to benefit the people on one party.
