春德堂通络散为纯中药制剂（系列药物）由汝阳县小店镇马门独创。第28代传人马琴在继承祖人药方的基础上研制而成。春德堂店号创立于元代初期，祖上马智先为创始人。

其主要功效是活血、化瘀、消炎、止痛、排毒、驱寒、通经络、以治疗乳腺增生、淋巴结节、肝囊肿、肾囊肿、气血不通、肝郁气滞、骨质增生、风湿性关节炎、风温性心脏病、痛风、尿毒症、脂肪肝、无名红肿、大脑缺氧、头痛、失眠、气血不和、类风湿疾病等效果极佳。方剂辩证平和，有透骨穿髓之功效，用药简单、费用低廉。
