祛风湿止痛散制备工艺

祛风湿止痛散，最早可追溯至明末清初，原名少林祛风止痛散，用于祛风除湿，活血止痛，始创于少林药局，后传至洛阳老城德泰祥药店。德泰祥药店掌柜姚润甫，依经络之循行，探穴位之深奧，结合少林配方创新制备技艺和改进疗法。祛风湿止痛散严格遵照古法精制而成，集药、酒、醋、炙、敷于一体，体现了中医学内病外治、辨证论治的医学文化理念。祛风湿止痛散使用于患者病痛部位，利用药物经患者体表，借人体经络之通路，充分发挥其通经走络，行滞去瘀，开窍透骨之疗效。在一代代民生人的不懈努力下，散剂制备技艺现已无断代传至第六代。

祛风湿止痛散制备技艺精髓：一是选材，主要有生川乌、生草乌、花椒等24味中草药，精挑细选，严格按照秘方剂量配置。二是炙药炮制。炙药共分为三个部分，古方中关键药材需炒至四成熟，将黄酒洒与药材表面，提升药效。三是研磨，对药材进行研磨粉碎备用。四是过筛，将粉碎好的药物过筛。五是配伍，严格按照君、臣、佐、使科学配伍，充分搅拌达到活血止痛、祛湿散寒等功效。
