通背拳

宋氏通背拳的发源地，是伊滨区李村镇的下庄社区。宋氏通背拳是村民宋天祥（1887-1985）在其父亲宋慧卿已有的“无形拳”的基础上，经过刻苦磨练与细心钻研，在吸收其他拳法精华的基础上所创立的。他以一身绝技早年闯荡江湖，在陕、甘一带曾征服过无数江洋大盗、土匪恶霸，以其外号“铁掌宋天祥”声名远播。解放后，因民间习武之风锐减而回乡定居。其子宋福堂青少年时期虽跟父学艺，但因后来身体伤残，不得不半途而废。至1960年，宋天祥眼见7岁的孙孙宋铁龙是块习武的料，不忍心让自己创立的拳法失传，便秘教铁龙开始习武。

宋氏通背拳加之宋氏通背意功，自有一番奥妙所在，学者若能依此法进行训练，日后无论是参加比赛，还是健康、娱乐，都有很高的价值。

  The Song style Tongbei Quan was originated in Xiazhuang, Licun Town, Yibin District. On the basis of his father Song Huiqing's "Wuxing Quan", Song Tianxiang(1887-1985）absorbed the essence of other boxing techniques, and after assiduous training and careful study, founded Songs Tongbei Quan. In his early years, he wandered over the country with his Kungfu skills, Fighting numerous bandits and bullies in Shaanxi and Gansu, he was famous as the "Iron Palm Song Tianxiang". After the founding of the People's Republic of China （October 1st， 1949 AD）, he returned to his hometown and settled down because of the sharp decline of the folk martial arts. Although his son Song Futang studied martial arts with him in the youth, he had to give up halfway because of his injury. By 1960, Song Tianxiang discovered that his 7-year-old grandson Song Tielong was the right person for practicing martial arts, he secretly taught Song Tielong to practice martial arts. Song's Tongbei Quan combined with songs Tongbei Yigong has its own mystery, If learners can train accordingly， it will be of great value for competitions， health and entertainment in the future.
