五千年烟云留下一段历史的传奇,五千年历史饱蘸着沧桑的神秘!因青铜器而闻名世的烟云涧,在河洛大地上总是近在眼前却又神秘莫测。

烟云涧村位于古都洛阳南30公里的伊河东岸,山清水秀,民风淳朴,自古以来,人们在这里耕织繁衍,传承文明。

烟云涧仿古青铜器,采用传统失蜡浇铸法手工技艺制作,需经过十六个工艺流程一百多道工序方可完成。

首先采用当地红色粘土添加部分参合料,雕塑模型。初模定型后,用石膏包住,待凝结后,将初模泥土挖去。

将熔化的蜡汁倒入石膏内壁,制出蜡模,经精雕细琢后,用硅胶均匀涂抹。硅胶成型后,再用石膏包好,将石蜡熔化成液体,反复均匀地涮在硅胶的内壁,形成蜡型。

将分散的蜡型组合在一起,并找出浇铸口用蜡条固定好。将石膏和沙按一定比例和成稀泥状注入皮制型内,把组合好的蜡型包好只露出浇铸口。

把凝结后的石膏体,放入炕房低温焙烧,蜡熔化后回收,使石膏体形成模壳。配好合金比例,放入坩埚熔炼,浇注铸型。待青铜合金溶液冷却后,敲碎石膏,得到毛坯,打磨抛光,做旧处理。进行检验,达到仿制要求。

Yanyunjian Antique bronze ware is made by traditional lost wax casting techniques, which undergoes more than 100 procedures. First, create a model with local red clay. Second, cover the model with plaster and then remove the clay. Next, pour the molten wax into the plaster mold to create a wax model and then apply it evenly with silica gel. Cover it with plaster after the silica gel takes shape. Pour molten wax into the mold of silica gel and brush around until an even coating covers the inner surface. Combine separate wax molds and fix the casting nozzle with wax strips. Inject slime of proportioned plaster and sand into a leather mold and cover the combined wax mold, exposing the casting nozzle. The condensed plaster body is put into baking house for low-temperature baking. Put the proportioned alloy into a crucible for melting and casting. After the bronze alloy solution is cooled, crush the plaster and a blank is obtained, which will undergo polishing, antiquing and inspection in order to meet the requirements.
