“济世堂李占标膏药”始创于偃师，发展于洛阳，祖传六代有近二百年历史。因李占标心存“济世活人”，故而将祖传“狗皮膏药”易名为洛阳“济世堂李占标膏药”。

洛阳“济世堂李占标膏药”曾为清末“翰林”林东郊、慈禧及光绪阁臣“辫帅”张勋、蒋帅上官云相治愈宿疾，其中因治愈了上官的坐骨神经痛，上官将“国民政府”考试院签署的“国医证书”授予了李占标。

早在清末民初，洛阳“济世堂李占标膏药”就享有“洛阳医药界三大亨”（即平乐正骨术、象庄妇科、济世堂李占标膏药）的盛名；解放后因公私合营洛阳“济世堂李占标膏药”被并入“洛阳市民生制药厂”生产，行销全国。

改革开放初期，洛阳“济世堂李占标膏药”被授予“洛卫药准字第108号”，经市卫生局批准，重新获准个体经营。从此“济世堂李占标膏药”再次服务于患者。

The origin of Li's Plaster can be traced in Yanshi, Luoyang. It has a history of nearly 200 years. Li Zhanbiao, the founder, with an intention to cure the patients and benefit the world, renamed his ancestral sticking plaster to Luoyang "Li' s plaster of Ji Shi Tang".As early as the end of the Qing Dynasty and the beginning of the Republic of China, Li s Plaster was regarded as The Big Three in Luoyang' s Medical Field".
