“聂麟郊膏药”是豫西地区知名的膏药熬制老字号。宜阳依山傍水，属山区县，中草药资源丰富，为聂麟郊膏药的传承发展创造了条件。

创始人聂麟郊（1881-1956年），宜阳城关中大街人。清末，豫西战乱不断，疾病蔓延，创始人聂麟郊深入钻研中医中药，在继承传统膏药的基础上创立聂麟郊膏药字号。聂麟郊曾应邀到豫西绿林憨玉琨部担任“军医”。1902年，其回到宜阳县城，挂牌成立“中州聂麟郊膏药店”。并与洛阳“德太祥药行”合作，包销聂麟郊膏药。后在“天津亨大”入股投资，膏药发展至鼎盛时期。上世纪五十年代，受自然灾害等诸多因素影响，门店被迫关闭，传承人聂千仓就在城南的窑洞内熬制膏药，为附近的矿工和农民治病。1990年后，在第四代传承人聂树信努力下，聂麟郊膏药恢复经营。

聂麟郊膏药分红、黑两大类，红膏药用于伤口愈合，去腐生肌；黑膏药专治各类肿块和跌打损伤及风湿痹症。其以传统工艺熬制，药效迅速持久，强力渗透，吸收性好，过敏率低。

传统膏药是中医药文化的重要组成部分，具有预防保健、治疗、康复相结合的中药学价值，至今在人们的生活中仍发挥着重要作用，在以人为本当今时代，大力弘扬中医药文化具有重要的现实意义。

Nielinjiao Plaster is a time-honored brand in western Henan Province. Its founder, NieLinjiao (1881-1956), was born in Chengguan Town, Yiyang County. At the end of the Qing Dynasty, wars and diseases spread in western Henan Province. To provide better treatment, Nie Linjiao studied traditional Chinese medicine and established the brand of Nielinjiao Plaster on the basis of inheriting traditional plaster treatment. Nielinjiao Plaster includes two types: red plaster and black plaster. The former is used for wound healing, saprophytic cells removing and granulation promotion; the latter is specially used for treating various lumps, traumatic injuries and rheumatic arthralgia. Nie s plaster adopts natural TCM Preparation boasting no toxic and side effects. It is effective and convenient, with strong penetration, effective absorption, lasting effect and extremely low sensitivity. Traditional plaster is an important part of traditional Chinese medicine culture. It has the value of combining prevention and health care, treatment and rehabilitation.
