烧伤自然疗法与自然烧伤膏技艺，肖氏世代传承，肖氏家族第63代传人肖梧岗（清乾隆年间人）。肖梧岗得先祖医技，经长年行医传于后世肖孝思、肖俊五，尤其到第四代肖焜吾，是晚清时期收复新疆的主力部队之一嵩武军的副帅，兼左宗棠西征大军随军病院诊察长，后曾建立洛阳石芝园大药堂；晚清到民国时期，肖焜吾之子肖智奄成长于军阀混战到抗战，他们以中医悬壶济世行医于湖南三湘四水、湘中等地区，积累丰富临床经验和技艺，建立石芝园制药厂。第六代传人肖南衡带其子肖建勋行医于岭南地区工厂、煤矿、鞭炮作坊等地，抢救烧伤病人。

1978年，肖智奄之孙肖建勋，在秦岭南路建立洛阳烧伤医院和石芝园药材种植园，创办了一所专业的烧伤专科医院，将祖传的“烧伤自然疗法与自然烧伤膏”技艺更好的传承、保护、发展、创新，为更多的烧伤患者造福。
